Why Blog?

As humans we have this inner desire to improve and develop everything around us. We can see it easily from the technological point of view. We continuously upgrade our mobile phones but what about ourselves? My journey for personal development, biohacking and fitness started many years ago and now it has become my passion.

Instead of just writing, studying and experimenting these things in my own, why not make it public and share my experiences and knowledge. My main motive to create a blog is to improve myself. First I have to learn to create a website, then I have to create interesting content. My second motivation is to share information with my readers for healthier and happier life.

My philosophy on personal development and biohacking

For me and probably everyone else, goal is to live happy long life. I have chosen road towards personal development to unleash new and better versions of myself. Somebody could ask, why you need to be better version of yourself? We all have our weaknesses and fears. If we have this gift of life, wouldn’t we want to live it fullest with no regrets? There is so much potential in us, why not take that potential and transfer it to reality.

Even if you are on the right road in terms of personal development, you still need to take care of yourself to live long. Insert: biohacking – combination of daily, weekly, or yearly habits that supports and enhance physical and mental well being. Quantified self (also known as self-tracking) is deeply connected to biohacking and personal development, at least in my blog.
